  1. I really like the Brick and Marquee style. It means so much when a developer does something like this versus putting up something minimal and modern. My only issue is that they scaled it back. Keep it 14 stories. Better yet, make it 16! It would be nice to see One Bethlehem Plaza have a more visible companion. I would love to see Bethlehem have a more refined brick skyline. I’m sure many would disagree lol.
