Not to rain on this guys parade, but he did vote for the Lehigh University “Packer Ave Experiment”, which was an insult to the citizens of Bethlehem (past and present), a closure of one of the few ways to get across town, a street that connects our neighborhoods, in favor of greedy LU, which has already done enough to destroy the character of the Southside. Reynolds will not get my vote because of that.
Agree that the Packer Ave experiment is an ill conceived grab by Lehigh of a valuable through road and campus parking location with significant revenue revenue loss for the city.
